Apparently the new refrigerant and oil required by new regulations may cause swelling of the compressor shaft seal. Anyway the warranty has been extended to 10 years with no mileage limitation.It currently has almost 76,000 miles on it and I have been noticing that the A/C is blowing warm air at the lowest settings. It didn't have this problem last summer. I don't know if the A/C in this car has had problems before or if it is just starting to go bad now.
