I was going to trade my 43x for a 43x MOS. I sent the slide off for milling and I'm very happy with the results. Adapter plates are another point of failure. C&H does a great job with plates and the FN 509 plates are GTG in my experience. Glock MOS plates are problematic. Regular height iron sights are usable/co-witnessed with a milled slide.
