Bg3 dual wield crossbow

Have been using crossbows/longbows until now. This build is extremely good at destroying at least 1 enemy at the start of every fight. But I just got 2 very good hand xbows Ne'er misser and Hellfire and was wondering if it is worth it to dual wield them. But the issue is that crossbows are 1d10 and hand crossbows are 1d6.
