Black Ops Chestpiece gives no bonus. Just bought this item from the trader in Bunker Hill and it is supposed to boost my Strength and Endurance by 1 but it does nothing of the kind. Any ideas? Are you wearing power armor as well? That will basically invalidate all armor or clothing that you're wearing.

Black Ops is a sturdy piece, so it has higher armor value. And it looks better, especially with other destroyer pieces. Very few speed enhancements in the game so its a tough choice.
