my optiplex 760 (which I've had for about a year) won't turn on for some odd reason. It first began two months ago when I powered it on and the power button was not green but in fact a dark orange or amber if you will. And the icons 1, 2, and 3 above the power button were all blinking. After numerous tries to power it on I gave up.
