C6 service charging system

Hi all. Periodically I'm getting a "Service Charging System" message on the dash and power steering cuts out. Seems to only happen at idle and only randomly and usually goes away quickly. Voltage meter on the dash appears to be low as well when it happens. Took it to the dealership and they replaced the alternator but that clearly didn't fix it.
