Hi everyone, I wanted to review this knives from a relatively unknown knife distributor called Chubo. They specialize in Japanese style knives and they have a "in house" brand which is the Akira-Saku line which includes Blue#2 steel and White#1 steel. The one I decided to purchase is the Akira-Saku White#1 Gyutou.
