The Flashing "D" happened to my wife in her '04 Pilot twice in the last month. Quit flashing on the next restart. Took it to the Honda dealer and the tech immediately pulled a code: 27-01 4th pressure switch malfunction. Replaced the sensor. $102.47 part and $182.09 diagnosis and labor.

Caused a check engine code 3 & 5 cylinder misfires. VTM-4 light was on for a day or so, check engine light was on for 3 days or so.
