We had our 11 chickens processed here. All but two thighs had their ends cut off leaving severed jagged bones and missing, in some cases, a third of the meat. I called to let them know that maybe something was wrong with their equipment. They said they would check into it and call me back and also "make it right". No one ever got back to me.
