Dark Souls III. Estoc for PvE. Squaresoft111 7 years ago #1. Don't really plan on playing PvP at all so this is entirely focused on a PvE build. I'm currently using a Raw Dark Sword (Knight). Really not a fan of using this weapon so I kinda wanted to run around with an Estoc. What should I be aiming for in terms of gem infusion/stat build? Boards.

Well go with the moveset you feel comfortable with, as that's above all. The rapier has better dex scaling and the estoc has more raw dmg. BUT with a simple infusion the RAPIER AND ESTOC HAVE THE SAME SCALING. So if you're building a magic user go for the estoc and if you're going for faith or flat dex go with the rapier.
