Kappa Alpha, Delta Upsilon, Delta Chi, Zeta Beta Tau, Phi Sigma Kappa, etc. are some of the ones that my friends have stayed in. I think most of them were around $1000 per semester. I wouldn't suggest that you compare the quality of houses with the school dormitory lol. They are livable but may not be so clean.
