Funny enough, my personal quest was to kill 15 Vermlings and the first scenario we played had a bunch of Vermlings in it and I managed to kill 16 in the scenario, so as soon as I replayed LB. PQs can be very different. Some require beating a scenario, some require killing enemies, some even require exhaustion. The way I perceive it is you do what is on the card to complete it.
