How to increase dino level cap in ark

Want to increase it a bit to be able to further mutate dinos. Thanks! There's no level cap on unofficial unless they changed that for ASA. Only the 255 points cap which can't be changed due to the way it's coded.

OP • 4 yr. ago. Update: After deciding not to be a tard lol. I forced spawned in a tamed lvl 750 Dodo and did a couple of server restarts with wild dino wipes just to make sure. And the dodo is still there. Im sure unofficial servers still have some kind of a level cap but it would seem its higher than 750. 1. true.A level gained in the wild will increase the stat by a set amount so it doesn't matter if the dino is level 5 or 150. Once tamed a level increases the stat by a percentage of the base stat. So a level 150 dino will have higher base stats and thus gain more per level. Just need to up your difficulty. If you have a way to adjust the difficulty, that's the dino level cap. 1.0 gives like lvl100+ wild dinos. I made my dinos be like vanilla by checking maximum lvl dinos, then changing difficulty everride to 5. Google a bit, you need to edit you ini files, as that setting is not in the ui afaik.
