I need a friend that can guide us through this process., Ever since biometrics were taken all of the concurrently filed apps (i-485, i-130, i-765) were in “actively reviewing” but today only my i-130 changed back to “receipt notice was sent”. Is this indicative of anything? Am I getting an RFE? There is nothing new under documents. The approximate wait time on i-130 is still the same., 3/ If you have the ok from the lawyer, then it take 1 to 2 weeks to do the paperwork and send that to the US Gov. 4/ Legally, the US Gov has 60days to answer. But in 2-3 weeks they just adjudicated your case. 5/ And then you will receive an answer from USCIS. It can be an approval, it can be an RFE or a denial.
