Omg- yes. We recently bought in S. Scottsdale. I do NOT recommend KHov at all. The models were beautiful, but the house we ended up with was built with no attention to detail, all kinds of mistakes. Sidewalks sloping to the house that leaked inside in the rain. Lots of cosmetic issues that we finally had to let go.
