Terry Blacks is a common recommendation because it’s good bbq that you don’t have to wait absurdly long for or need to plan ahead for. But I’d never say it’s the best brisket in the world. Bbq is also in general not cheap. Just like cocktails or sushi aren’t usually cheap. You just kind accept it and enjoy the meal.
