You will need some heater hose to bypass the coolant. and then either blocker plates or a new boost tube for the cold side. pro fab makes a few nice products as far as the boost tube side.

I have for sale a 2003 duramax LB7 engine, Y-bridge, Injectors, and some other parts. Engine has around 107k miles on it when the pickup was rolled. It was never tuned, 100% stock. It doesn't have the Y-bridge, injectors, or turbo.
