For a mental health company to behave the way they do and treat employees with such disregard, this strikes me as really contradictory and odd. Don’t bother reporting harassment because it will be disregarded. This company is all about their money and it shows. The compensation is fair, but it does take a couple of months to start getting "normal sized" paychecks because of the monthly pay. People at this company cannot keep their story straight. You are paid for client face to face sessions, not for administrative work. Yet, they will require and mandate meetings, and admin work unpaid. Very stressful financially when your pay may vary several hundred dollars from month to month. Patients complain non-stop regarding poor communication; never can get ahold of someone on the phone or get a call back. There is no compensation for writing notes, answering emails or any of the several other aspects that come with clinical work.
