Dec 31, 2023 · I have continuously filed complaints for service performed on my 2010 Cadillac SRX Base since October 2022 when I originally had an all-wheel alignment performed by the Mavis Discount Tire location on 3877 Centerville Rosebud Rd. in Snellville, GA. I have been assigned three ticket numbers for this issue and have not had the issue resolved.

Still existing local old Tire Kingdom leadership did not support the buyout and were very biased towards Mavis and made life very difficult for the few that did support Mavis. There are issues everywhere, but the company is a good one.
