A "meta" build means a build that is optimized, i.e. it is the best way to play a certain build. If LBG has higher damage output AND higher survivability, with more comfort, more damage uptime, and more mobility, then there is no "meta" HBG sticky build because if you want to play sticky, you should just play LBG instead.

This means that you need 3 armor pieces to get the +20% damage of SU3, which also means sacrificing the ability to get AB4, CB, and some form of crit. In comparison you can easily get Pierce Up 3, AB4+, CB2, and plenty of crit with narga LBG (w/o charms BTW). I don't see a way of building Spread effectively without lucky charm rolls. Id love to know what numbers you are hitting with this build on the training pole. I know its not 100% indicative of a hunt because the ratios are off but still will give some insight. Best LBG not considering elements is most likely going to be the Narga LBG. It outclasses the Barroth one when fully upgraded. Not only does it have awesome raw but it has a 2 slot deco and like 40% affinity naturally.
