If I go to the Sound menu via the permanent "Sound" touch-activated button on the right side of the screen, I see the message "The sound settings are available again as soon as the phone call, the announcement, or parking has ended." The "Voice" touch-activated button on the bottom left side of the screen does absolutely nothing.
