RRECS assumes 425 letters in a DPS tray. That number seems reasonable for my route on the average. But can vary from day to day and route to route. Some mailers are thicker, some thinner, some trays are crammed full, etc. Best to count your trays and check with your EoR DPS numbers to get a rough average. C.
