There is a question whether the criteria will remain the same with many more Finalists, or they will be tightened to keep the Finalist count at 15,000. I suspect we’ll see the same criteria/94% rate and the reduction will be at the scholarship award stage. There may be more than 15,000 Finalists, but still only 7,500 scholarships will be issued.
