Dec 4, 2016 · Waterworks is infamous for having the most overpowered gear in the entire game for high level (or medium level now) wizards since it came out. It has amazing universal resist and pretty much all of the other stats are great, too. This is a MUST! If there is only one thing you really farm for, get ALL three parts of the waterworks gear.

In AZ you can upgrade boots again (crafted) also wand, ring, athame. Waterworks hat and robe are ok all the way to level 100. You could do every crafting quest needed to level up, then craft a full set of gear and build a house in less time that it would take to get a set of Tartarus gear, which you would replace in 10 levels anyway. Just stay with whatever you've been using until you reach 100. Farming Tartarus is a waste of time.
