Sometimes my hub goes offline and would be nice to know ..., On the app. Open tap on the V3 so it opens in live view. On the top right of the screen tap the gear icon which will take you to settings and everything else. I don't know why it would ask to add rule unless you pushed some other setting??? Thanks. I set up my Cam yesterday as far as achieving solid blue l.ight., All my wyze cam 3 started saying offline yesterday when I checked they have a solid red light. I tried power cycle but that didn't work. I am now trying to reset but thats not working either. ... (meaning when the writing code gets corrupted it can't bring the cam back even when doing a manual flash) and appears to be accidentally updated ..., cam-v3. Just wondering why our camera is showing two red lights on each side of the camera lens. It wasn't there when we first set it up, and there's nothing on the Quick Guide that shows those lights, just the one above for status. The Infrared lights for use with night vision. There is a setting to turn them on/off near or far., Wyze Cam v3 Pro's status light is solid red, but you're not recording an Event, watching the Live stream, and haven't just plugged in the camera. Troubleshooting. Make sure you're using the USB cable and power adapter included with the camera.. Try another USB cable and power adapter (only the adapter included with Wyze Cam v3 Pro).
